Purpose

To guide clients or internal team members through setting up required legal policies in Termageddon and submitting them for implementation.

Tools Needed

  • Access to the Termageddon portal

  • Business information required to answer policy questions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into Termageddon

    • Access the Termageddon portal and select your business name.

  2. Add a New Policy

    • Click Add Policy.

    • Choose the policy you want to start with.

    • At minimum, a Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are required.

  3. Review and Accept Prompts

    • Review any popups or notices that appear.

    • Agree to continue when prompted.

  4. Start or Continue a Policy

    • Click Next or Activate to begin.

    • If a policy was already started, click Edit Policy Details to continue.

  5. Complete Policy Questions

    • Answer all questions presented.

    • Click Next after each section.

    • Continue until the policy shows 100% complete.

  6. Submit the Policy

    • Once the policy reaches 100% completion, click Submit.

  7. Send the Policy Code

    • After submission, either:

      • Click Copy Code and email it to us, or

      • Notify us that the policy is ready and we will retrieve the code ourselves.

  8. Handle Required Question Alerts

    • If you see a message indicating required questions are missing, follow the on-screen instructions to complete them before submitting.

Completion Checklist

  • Privacy Policy completed and submitted

  • Terms & Conditions completed and submitted

  • Policy code sent to our team or confirmation provided

Notes

  • Policies must be fully completed and submitted before they can be installed on the website.

  • Partial or draft policies cannot be implemented.

  • If questions are unclear, pause and ask for clarification before submitting.
